Director Vincent Niebla began his artistic career as a special
effects makeup artist in Hollywood. Originally a San Diego
local, he moved to Hollywood shortly after high school
and began working on major motion pictures such as
Jennifer 8, Super Mario Brothers, Gone Fishin', Ace Ventura 2,
Charlie's Angels, Blade 2, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas and
many more. He earned an Emmy award at the age of 21 for his
work on the television series Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. He
continued to make his niche in Hollywood until he unexpectedly
left the special effects makeup industry to pursue a different
career and started his own production company in San Diego,
CA. He immediately began close collaborations with local hip-hop
artists like STC (Sky Tower Click) and produced and directed
their first music videos. That success led to deeper reaching
connections and the eventual launch of vn-productions.com.
